Updated February 2023! A reader named Julie let us know about a growing chain called Genghis Grill. It’s a fun Mongolian-style restaurant, where you build your own bowl, and watch them grill it up for you. You pick the base, the protein, the vegetables, and the sauce, almost all of which are dairy free! But we’ve included more details in the guide below.
Genghis Grill Dairy-Free Menu Guide
This menu guide includes dairy-free menu options first, followed by custom order components. Be aware of special order requirements in parentheses () next to the menu items, and see the Heads Up notes to help fill in the blanks. Please note that this guide is for the U.S. locations. Options may vary in other countries.
Grill Note: According to Julie at Genghis Grill, the manager at your location can get fresh ingredients from the back if you are concerned about cross contamination. And according to the company’s customer service, they’re also happy to segregate your meal when cooking. “Please note, we are able to cook your meal separately on the grill, upon request, so be sure to tell your server and grill master if you have an allergy to ensure the appropriate precautions are taken.”
