I had a fantastic experience at Genghis Grill! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I placed a takeout order at the bar, and the gentleman there was incredibly helpful, explaining the bowl sizes and walking me over to the food station. Another staff member kindly showed me exactly how to build my bowl. The chef did an excellent job—the food was delicious, and the turnaround was super quick. Great service from start to finish. I'll definitely be back!

First time at any of these establishments and I was very happy with the idea for lunch. I was invited to go and glad I did. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, wife ordered the Sesame Chicken Bowl and my son ordered the Orange Chicken Bowl...all served with vegetables and rice. Very satisfied with the food, the taste and the sevice.

Hadn't been to Genghis in a while. Familiar with the setup and also the added items and setup! Daishon was an awesome server. Listened, gave ideas and took care of us. Anticipated our needs. Fast service, good food good service. Will be back soon!

Mariana was very polite. Since it was my first time she explained how it worked. She even showed us the size of the bowls to make sure we knew the amount of food we wanted. The food and service were both Great!
